Current Needs
Everyone deserves a safe place to call home. As our staff places clients in housing, we strive to support them as they embark on their new home, setting them up for success. To facilitate this transition, we provide them with some basic supplies to get started - A Household Box, A Kitchen Care Box, and a Dignity Bag.
What can I donate?
Below is a list of essential items that we provide in our Welcome Home boxes. These items can be gently used if they are not cracked, chipped, worn, or stained. Please note: at this time we have an abundance of toothbrushes, toothpaste, dental floss, and bars of soap.
Household Box
Broom & Dustpan, Dust Cloth, Kleenex (1 box), Laundry Detergent Liquid (50 fl oz or smaller) or Laundry Pods or Laundry Sheets, Rags, Toilet Paper (2 rolls), Sponge, Toilet Brush, Toilet Cleaner (32 fl oz or smaller), Multi-purpose cleaner (32 fl oz or smaller), Pail (4 gallon or less), Paper towels (1 roll)
Kitchen Care Box
Table knives, forks, andteaspoons (4 each), Plates, cups, glasses, bowls (4each) (Please microwave/dishwasher safe.), Serving bowl and spoon, Dish cloth, Dish soap (25 fl oz or smaller), Dish towels (2), Fry pan (medium), Sauce Pan (medium), Baking Pan, Covered casserole dish, Hot Pad, Can opener (manual only), Mixing bowl, Spatula, turner, mixing spoon
Dignity Bags
WOMENS: Bath towels and washcloths (2), Bandaids, Body wash, Comb and/or brush, Deodorant, Lotion, Razor, Hand Towel, Shampoo, Conditioner, Feminine hygiene products (pads, tampons, liners, wipes)
MENS: Bath towels and washcloths (2), Bandaids, Body wash, Comb and/or brush, Deodorant, Lotion, Hand Towel, Men’s Razor/Shaving Cream, Shampoo, Conditioner, Soap

Any of the listed items can be brought to the Front Desk at YWCA Clinton during business hours; 5a.m - 9 p.m. (M-F), 7 a.m. -5 p.m. (Saturday), and 11a.m - 3p.m (Sunday).If you have additional items you wish to donate, please call (833) 849-8976 to ensure they meet our current needs.
